Account Deletion

1. Open My Progress and sign in to your game account.
2. Expand Access and Account Deletion.
3. Enter your password, confirm deletion and select Delete Account and Cloud Save.

Your username, password and recovery-code hashes, registration details, cloud save and all sessions are removed from the live database. Connected devices lose access to the account. Deletion is permanent.

Local progress on your devices is not deleted. To remove it, clear the app's data in Android Settings or uninstall the app.

If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password and your saved recovery code. You can also contact the operator for help: irene-vesel@yandex.ru. Technical logs and infrastructure backups may be retained temporarily for security; see the privacy policy.
